Ditto360™
The Site Replication Process Model

If you are ready to take your business to every city in your area—or even worldwide—then Ditto360™
can make site replication process faster, easier, and more affordable.

Our deployment model consists of four key phases.

  1. Business Sales and Marketing Plan: In the initial phase, the site owner and business sales team will work together to define the Business Sales and Marketing Plan. This plan will describe the local and regional markets that are targeted for the sites, time frame targets, and initial monetization strategies (advertising, e-commerce, subscriptions, etc). This will provide the framework for the individual site replication plans and objectives.

  2. Proof of Concept: In this phase, a Senior Architect from RocketReady conducts joint design sessions with the site owners and developers in order to determine key business and design site requirements and critical success factors. Once this is established, a full prototype is built and propensity for site replication is evaluated. Site owner tuning and design factors are refined. Initial models for site data analytics are developed in order to for initial assessment and later refinement.

  3. Site Replication: In this phase, the business sales and marketing plan begins execution. With each new city/site that is identified, site design requirements and site web marketing plans will be established and a site design produced. The site design and structure are approved by the site owner. Once this approval is received, the new site will be developed and deployed as a “soft” launch or pilot phase. The launch of this new site will then initiate the operations phase. During the Pilot Phase, the site and related metrics are refined and customer responses are measured. When predefined operational criteria are met, the site is deployed into the operational cloud, which provides “infinite” scaling.

  4. Operations: During this phase, on-going site maintenance and enhancement are performed based on specific issues of regional needs. Global site management teams will continue to deliver sales and marketing support and monitor site data analytics to enable the meeting of already defined critical success factors.
